in these times of the economic downturn...dont you think the building should cut back on the number of times the gardeners visit the grounds?? they come once a week, make noise for 2 hours and leave. there isn't any grass to cut yet, no flowers. what are they doing besides wasting our money on this service??

I agree completely. The building probably has a contract they must honor that can't be broken, or they'll probably say that. I think they love spending our money.

I agree completely, let stop the spending by cementing everything and painting it green and by putting in steel flowers and painting them every 20 years, creates a nice place to park and nothing wears out, I call free lawn care for life. For the trees we can purchase cement ones that will last 500 years and you know nothing would have to be done for at least that time period.
Instead of green I call it gray living.
